第９条（修繕費の負担）
① 甲は、本件建物の本体の維持保全に必要な修繕を行なう義務を負う。
② 乙は、建具・造作、給排水施設、照明器具、壁等日常の使用によって損耗する部分につき修理費用を負担する。
③ 費用の負担につき疑義のあるときは、甲、乙協議のうえ決定する。

Article 9 (Repair and costs responsibilities)
① The first party shall be obliged to perform the repairs necessary for the maintenance of the building body.
② The second party shall bear the repair expenses of the part worn out by everyday use such as fittings/fixtures, water supply and drainage facilities, lighting equipments, walls, and so on.
③ Any question arising as to the Imposition of expenses shall be determined based on the discussions between the both parties.
