お手数ですがそちらの配達局のほうにも同じようにダメージレポートの報告をお願いします。
双方の報告が取れたあとで運送事故の調査をとり
そのあとで保障の手続きに入るとの事です
そちらで配達局のほうにダメージレポートの報告が終わりましたら一報いただけると助かります
因みにカメラのほう現状で撮影する事はできていますでしょうか？
