About the air conditioner at the back seat, I confirmed with Toyota and they said that they've never actually manufactured air conditioners for the Land Cruiser before 2009. This was an error on our part regarding equipment. Please accept our sincere apologies.

Regarding the English version of the audio instruction manual, our product is a Japanese model so we don't have an English version. Thank you for contacting me. I apologize for making you wait for your package to arrive. I checked the following website for the Japan Post Office and it seems as though the package arrived at at the International Exchange bureau in Lisbon on 8/27 and was stored at the Handling Bureau "1000". But as it was stored for over 6 days which was past the maximum storage date it was returned to me. I believe they tried to deliver it to you in your absence. Would you have happened to have received a notice in your post while you were gone that stated something like "Please come to collect your delivery?"
