私の商品でしたらタイトルの一番前の#に続く番号が管理番号なので、その番号を言って頂けるとわかりやすいです。よろしく願いいたします。

I apologise if I've misunderstood anything but I wasn't able to find out about the product with the item number but is it that you bid for the item accidentally?
Could you please tell me the name of the product?
Are you talking about another item that I am selling? Or did you perhaps get it confused with a product sold by another seller?
If you are talking about my item, the number followed by the # shows the managing number so if you could provide that for me, that would be easier for me to understand the problem. I look forward to your reply.

Thank you for contacting me. I apologize for making you wait for your package to arrive. I checked the following website for the Japan Post Office and it seems as though the package arrived at at the International Exchange bureau in Lisbon on 8/27 and was stored at the Handling Bureau "1000". But as it was stored for over 6 days which was past the maximum storage date it was returned to me. I believe they tried to deliver it to you in your absence. Would you have happened to have received a notice in your post while you were gone that stated something like "Please come to collect your delivery?"
