私はそれが発覚した時点で顧客に再度同じ商品を送り顧客はそれを受け取っている
2度目の発送の追跡番号は○○です(Fedex)
私はこの件に関して顧客に連絡をしたが返信が無かった為待っていた
突然顧客に対して全額返金されてしまい非常に驚いている
至急この件に関して調査をお願いします

The shipped item became untrackable for some reason.
When I found that out, I resent the same item to the customer and he has received it.
The tracking number for my second shipping was ○○ (via FedEx).
