オーダーID○○について
発送した商品は何らかの理由により追跡出来なくなっていた
私はそれが発覚した時点で顧客に再度同じ商品を送り顧客はそれを受け取っている
2度目の発送の追跡番号は○○です（Fedex）
私はこの件に関して顧客に連絡をしたが返信が無かった為待っていた
突然顧客に対して全額返金されてしまい非常に驚いている
至急この件に関して調査をお願いします

Regarding ID oo.
The item I shipped was not able to be trucked, there should be a reason.
When I realized that fact, I resend the exact same item and the customer received it.
The trucking number for the second ship is oo.
(Fedex)
I contacted the customer to talk about this matter but I haven't received anything back yet so I was waiting.
I am shocked by this sudden entire refund.
Please investigate this matter immediately.
