商品は11/4に到着したが君が不在だった為、最寄りの郵便局で保管されていた
そして保管の期限切れとなったので日本へ返送手続きがされたようだ
君はまだ商品が必要ですか?
必要であれば私は再び商品を発送できる
但しこれは私のミスではないので送料の負担をお願いしたい
大丈夫ですか?

The item arrived on November 4th, but you were not at home and it has been stored in the nearest post office. Then the storing period expired, so it was arranged to be returned to Japan.
