お問合せのバラの状態についてですが、出荷当日にバラを厳選して摘んでおりますので、古いバラは混ぜておりません。
当日、バラ農園から当店に届いたバラをスタッフと検品いたしましたが、
傷みはみられませんでした。
傷みがある場合は、バラ農園に交換依頼しておりますので、そのままお送りすることはございません。
バラの傷みは、おそらく配送中にできてしまったものと考えられます。
バラ農園に確認したところ、配送中にバラが揺れてぶつかることで、傷がついてしまう場合があるようです。
また、白いバラは花びらが薄く、とても繊細なため傷が目立ちやすいことから、花束の一部に傷みが見られたのだと考えられます。
折角の贈り物に傷があり、ご満足いただく事が出来ず誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

Regarding the condition of rose you inquired, select and pick roses carefully ont the day of dispatch so we do not mix old roses.
We did check roses we received from rose farm but could not find any damage.
In case there is damage we request rose farm to replace and we do not send such rose to our customers.
