The other day when I tried to withdraw funds from an ATM in Japan that that supports HSBC transactions, I was unable to make the withdrawal.
Is my account currently unable to process withdrawals from an ATM?
I have finished updating the new security device from Internet banking. I am also able to check my balance so I do not think the account is frozen. Is it possible for there to be a limitation only on ATM withdrawals?
