私はHSBCに口座を持っています。

先日、日本でHSBCに対応したATMから資金の引き出しをしようとしたところ、できませんでした。
私の口座は現在はATM引き出し不能の状態なのでしょうか?

インターネットバンキングから新しいセキュリティーデバイスの更新手続きも終了し、
残高も確認できるので、口座が凍結しているわけではないと思います。
