私はHSBCに口座を持っています。
先日、日本でHSBCに対応したATMから資金の引き出しをしようとしたところ、できませんでした。
私の口座は現在はATM引き出し不能の状態なのでしょうか?

A few days ago when I tried to withdraw money from an ATM, which provided HSBC service, it did not work.
Is it possible, that I cannot withdraw money from ATMs at the moment?
I was able to finish the procedure of changing to a new security device via internet banking and I as well was able to check my balance, which made me come to the conclusion, that my bank account was not frozen.
Could it be, that only withdrawing money from ATMs is restricted for me?
If so, I would like to inquire how to release this restriction.
