【U-KISS JAPAN LIVE TOUR 2014 ～Memories～】がスタートしております。そこで応援をしていただいている皆様へお願いがございます。ファンの皆様に、より安全に、より楽しくU-KISSを応援していただくためにも、ご理解とご協力いただけますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

[U-KISS JAPAN LIVE TOUR 2014 ~ Memories ~] has started. We have a request to everyone that is supporting U-KISS. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to support U-KISS more safely and more pleasantly. Thank you.
(1)追っかけ行為についてのお願い （飛行機・新幹線・車・バイクなど）
U-KISSは一般交通機関での移動を行っておりますので、U-KISSを知らない一般のお客様と一緒です。追っかけ行為をした事によって、一般のお客様を巻き込んでの事故などが起きる可能性があります。また非常に迷惑がかかってしまいますので絶対にお止め下さい。
(1) Caution for chasing act (Airplane/ Bullet train/Car/Motorcycle etc)
Since U-KISS use public transportation to for the tour, general passengers are always around. There might be a possibility that chasing causes troubles or accident involving these general passengers. Also, chasing causes a lot of inconvenience to other passengers. Thus please refrain from chasing act.
(2)出待ち行為についてのお願い （空港・駅,・宿泊先など）
空港や駅などで出待ちをされますと、U-KISSとは関係のない一般のお客様を巻き込んでの事故などが起きる可能性があります。また非常に迷惑がかかりますので絶対にお止め下さい。また宿泊先まで来られてしまう方がいますが同じように他の宿泊されている方にご迷惑なのでお止め下さい。
（2） Caution for waiting for the Artist (Airport/Station/Accommodation etc)
Waiting for the artist at airport or station may cause accident involving other general customers unrelated to U-KISS. Also it causes a lot of inconveniences to others. Please refrain from waiting the artist. Furthermore, there are fans who comes to the artist's accommodation. It also causes inconveniences to other guests. So please refrain from visiting the accommodation.
(3)ツアー会場での応援についてのお願い
気持ちよく応援していただく為、下記のような行為はお止め下さい。
守って頂けない場合には、係員が注意をさせて頂く場合がございます。
尚、入場の際に応援グッズ等を一旦お預かりする場合もございますので予めご了承下さい。（お帰りの際には返却致します。）
(3) Caution for cheering the artist at the venue.
In order for every visitor to enjoy cheering the artist comfortably, Please refrain from the acts mentioned below.
In case of violation these rules, event stuff may warn you.
Also, We'd like the visitors to be advised we may ask the visitors to check your supporting goods at the entrance. (We will return them when the visitors leave the event venue.)
◇後ろの座席の方への配慮をお願いします。
・大きなカチューシャなどの飾り
・光るライトが付いているカチューシャなどの飾り
・ボードや大きなうちわなどの応援グッズを、後ろの方の視界の邪魔になるような高さまであげる行為
◇著作物等を使用した自作応援グッズの持ち込み、使用を禁止とさせて頂きます。
・キャラクター、写真、有名人の肖像、企業・商品ロゴ等の著作権、肖像・パブリシティー権、商標権その他各種権利を侵害する内容の自作応援グッズ（ボード等）を会場内に持ち込み、使用する事はおやめ下さい。
◇Please care for the visitors behind your seat.
・Big accessories such as tall cachucha
・Flickering accessories such as cachucha with light
・Putting up supporting goods such as Message boards and big paper fans high enough to block the viewing of guests behind
◇Home-made supporting goods that violent copyrights are prohibited
・Please refrain from bringing in home-made supporting goods that violates copyright, rights to one's portraits, rights to publicity, trademark rights, and any other rights for characters, pictures, portraits of public figures, Company's or its product's logo.
当日、予告なく撮影を行うことがあります。
当該自作応援グッズを持ち込み・使用される事により、その撮影及び撮影素材を使用した映像作品等の演出を妨げる場合がございます。
(4)撮影・録音・録画行為について
場内での撮影・録音・録画することは法律で禁止されています。公演中に撮影・録音・録画をされますと、公演の途中でも退場していただきます。また、裁判所や警察署の公的機関から、法律に基づき正式な照会を受けた場合は、個人情報を開示する場合があります。
On the day, there will be unannounced video production.
Bringing or using banners or hand made signs etc. can interfere with the production of the video. You may be required to remove or any obstruction to the video production.
(4) Re: Laws on Photography/Sound Recording/Video
Recording sound, pictures, or video is against the law inside the venue. If found recording sound, pictures, or video during the performance you will be evicted during the concert. Also, you can face prosecution by public institutions such as the police or court, where your personal details/offense, under the law will become public.
係員の指示には必ず従ってください。指示に従わなかった結果、混乱や事故が起こっても、主催者側は一切責任をとることができません。当日、入口にて、カメラチェックを行わせていただく予定です。双眼鏡・オペラグラスのチェックも同時に行わせていただきますので、スムーズなチェックのために、お持ちのお客様は、入場時に係員にお預けください。
あわせて最近、違法にカメラで撮った写真を、場外および駅周辺で販売している悪質な業者がございます。
Please do follow the instructions from the staff. The organizers would not be responsible for any chaos or accident if instructions were not followed. It is scheduled that there would be camera checks at the entrance on the day itself. For a smooth check please kindly hand over any binoculars, opera glasses for those who possess them during entry.
Recently, there have been illegal merchants selling illegal photographs that were taken from the event and sold outside the venue or near train stations.
この商品は、オフィシャルに許可を得ていない不法な商品になりますので、ファンの皆様は購入しないようにお願い致します。主催者としましても、警察に届けるなどの措置を行っておりますが、購入する方がいる以上、不法な行為を防ぎきることが出来ませんので、何卒ご協力をお願い致します。
(5)ライブ、イベント会場への祝花、差し入れについてのお願い
個人名義の楽屋花・スタンド花・差し入れの受付・受け取りはお断りさせていただいております。
This product is not permitted officially , which is illegal prrocut, please don't buy this one. THe organizer declared to Police, but if someone buy illegal product, we can't prevent completely. Please you pay attention to this.
(5) Attention for compliments and flowers at the Live and event place
We can't accept any flowers for back stage or with stand by personal name.
毎回、沢山のご要望をいただき、お気持ちは非常にありがたいのですが贈っていただいた祝花を全て飾る事が出来ません。その点における不公平とお客様の安全な通路を確保する上で置ける場所は限られてしまう事により誠に申し訳ございませんが、お断りをさせていただいております事をご理解頂ければと思います。また楽屋への差し入れも全ての方からの頂き物をメンバーへ渡す事が出来ません為、お断りをさせていただいております。
We are extremely grateful for all the requests every time, however we are unable to display all the well wishes of flowers. With respect to being unbiased and for the walk path safety for all customers as there are limited spaces on the venue we are deeply regretful but we hope you understand that we would have to refuse all of them. And as we are unable to deliver the presents to the members at the back stage, we would also have to refuse them.
(6)お客様による企画についてのお願い
お客様独自でイベント・コンサート内での企画などを呼びかけているケースが見受けられます。
イベントの演出に支障をきたす可能性がございますので、お止めください。あまりにもひどい場合は、イベントを一時中断・中止する可能性もございます。予めご了承ください。

(6)Request about project by customers
We saw the case that customers call for project in their individual way in event, concert.
Please stop it because it may interfere with event performance.
If the situation is not so good, it may discontinue temporarily or cancel the event.
