弊社が7/8に発注した商品を御社は7/22に発送しているということですか？
発注から発送まで何日も経っていますが、どういうことですか？説明してください。
このような事が何度かあるので、大変困っています。
7/8と7/11に発注した商品をとにかく早く届けて下さい。

Does this mean that the merchandise ordered by our company on 7/8 is being sent on 7/22?
There are quite a gap between the order and the delivery, could you please explain what is causing this?
We have encountered this kind of problem quite a number of times, and are very troubled with it.
For now, please ensure that the merchandise ordered on 7/8 and 7/11 are being delivered as fast as possible.
