このように、穴にハンドルを差し込むだけの仕様です。
穴にハンドルを差し込むだけですので、下に向けると固定されずに抜け落ちてしまいます。
これは問題があるわけではなく元々このような作りですので不良品ではありません。

The specs require only inserting the handle in the holes like this.
As you only have to insert it in the hole, if it is facing downward it will not fix in place and fall out.
