ブリッジの剥れは明らかにメーカーの初期不良です。私はメーカーの修理保証を受けるためにギターを送ったのですが、保証を受ける事ができないのでは意味がありません。戻ってきたギターは修理されて改善されたどころか、症状がいっそう悪くなっているので、本当にテイラーで修理されたのか疑問に思ったわけです。来週ギターを送りますので、返金していただけないでしょうか?交換の必要はありません。

The peeling of the bridge is clearly an initial defect of the manufacturer. I sent the guitar in order to claim the manufacturer's repair warranty, but since I am not able to receive the warranty then there is no point. The guitar that was returned was far from being repaired nor improved with far worst symptoms so that's why I thought that it was doubtful that it was really repaired by Taylor. I will send the guitar next week so can you kindly issue a refund? I won't be requiring an exchange.

I sent the guitar to be able to receive the repair warranty of the maker, but it is not possible to receive the warranty so it did not make any sense. The guitar that was sent back to me was not repaired nor improved and since the condition became worst so that is the reason why I was seriously in doubt if it was really repaired by Taylor.
