前回の注文でInvoiceが箱に付いていなかったため、税関で荷物をすべて開けて調べられました。
箱には運送会社の書類だけで、箱の中身の内容を税関に申告する書類が全く付いてないかったため、
税関の通過に5日以上余計にかかりました。日本の運送会社に代わりにINVOICEを作成してもらって、
なんとか税関を通過することができました。
今回は税関申告書類を箱に張り付けるのを忘れないでください。

There was no invoice on the box for that last order, so customs opened all the packages and inspected them. The only document on the box was from the shipping company, there was nothing declaring what the contents of the box were, so it took more than 5 days to clear customs. Last time I made an order, the package was fully opened and examined at customs because invoice was not attached to the box.
Only document of delivery company was put on the box, but there was nothing to declare what's inside. As a result, it took 5 more days to pass through customs.
I had to ask a delivery company in Japan to make an invoice instead of you, and finally could make it through customs.

The invoice wasn't attached the box for the previous order so they went through all of the contents in the box at the custom.
You have only attached the documents about logistics company which didn't have any information about the content of the box.
It took more than 5 days extra to go through the custom. I got a Japanese logistics company to issue the invoice so I could get away with it eventually.
