今回、インボイスがないということで輸送がキャンセルされたことについて質問があります。
私は求められるインボイスの収集をしてみましたが、送れないという返答を返す人が多い。
よって、事実上輸送が出来ないという解釈で合っていますか？
ただ、それは非常に困るんです。
そこで提案なのですが、ペイパルやメールの決済画面のコピー、もしくはＰＤＦファイルでの提示で対応できないでしょうか？
他にこの問題を解決する術があるのなら協力していただきたい。

I have a question about when you said the shipping was canceled because I don't have the invoices.
I tried to gather up the invoices that I'm seeking but there are many people who have replied back saying they can't send them.
So am I correct in understanding that because of this it means I can't actually ship them?
This is extremely troubling for me.
So are you also saying that a copy of the payment screen from my PayPal and email or a PDF file displaying this won't be accepted?
Please work with me on this if there are other paths I could take to solving this problem.
