When the customer of the Buyer or a third party is accused the Buyer of responsibility for violating any of the rights stated in the previous clauses, the Supplier should be responsible to resolve those accusation without giving any collateral responsibilities to the Buyer.
This purchasing agreement shall be applied to those agreement between the Supplier and the Buyer already entered and those will be entered in future.
The supplier should be responsible for supplying the authentic item manufactured by the official manufacturer.
