本日商品が到着しました。早速、確認したのですが、イコライザーが全て機能しません。どのツマミも全く反応がありません。またEXPANDERノブも回すと、一瞬爆音が出てしまいます。またEQ OUTも使用不可です。到着時、外傷などはなかったです。great working conditionと記載してましたよね？修理をしなければ使用不可です。修理屋の話ですと最低500$はかかります。全額とは言いません、300$で結構ですので、返金いただけませんか？ご連絡お待ちしております。

I received the product today. Soon I checked it and found all the equalizers are not working. None of the knobs responds. Also, if I turn an espander knob, it makes a blast. Eq out cannot be used, either. There was surface scratch when it arrived. You stated it was in great working condition, didn't you? It cannot be used unless it gets repaired.
