本日商品が到着しました。早速、確認したのですが、イコライザーが全て機能しません。どのツマミも全く反応がありません。またEXPANDERノブも回すと、一瞬爆音が出てしまいます。またEQ OUTも使用不可です。到着時、外傷などはなかったです。great working conditionと記載してましたよね？修理をしなければ使用不可です。修理屋の話ですと最低500$はかかります。全額とは言いません、300$で結構ですので、返金いただけませんか？ご連絡お待ちしております。
I received the product today. Soon I checked it and found all the equalizers are not working. None of the knobs responds. Also, if I turn an espander knob, it makes a blast. Eq out cannot be used, either. There was surface scratch when it arrived. You stated it was in great working condition, didn't you? It cannot be used unless it gets repaired. The repairman says it will cost at least 500 dollars if I have it fixed. I don't ask you to give me a full refund, although I'd like you to pay 300 dollars back. It it possible?
