We have received notification from a merchant today regarding a package that they labeled incorrectly and it was logged into a suite for another customer. Please confirm that you were expecting a package from Alto Music. Also if you could please provide the tracking information for this package that you should have received from the merchant that will help us confirm that we need to transfer this package to your suite.
