Could you decrease MOQ and Q'ty just a little bit more?
I don't mind if the item's unit cost is high so please give me an estimate.
You said that the sample is double the estimate but if I were to pay you that then could I get you to sell a smaller amount of them to me?

書類を受け取りましたが、これらのに私が必要な書類が揃っていませんでした。 製造工程表については商品毎に商品名の入った状態で必要です。 画像で作っていただくのは手間がかかると思うので文章で構いません。 再度、作成例を PDFおで送りするので読んでください。 成分表も同じく商品名の入ったものでなければいけません。 例えば添付したクリームのPDFが提出するのに完璧な成分表です。 この形式が商品毎に必要です。 今後のために私の輸入している商品毎に用意してくれると 通関がスムーズになります。

出荷の間違いで納期が遅れたかもしれませんが、代金を支払って2カ月以上経過して入荷したのは遅すぎます。入荷が遅れていなければ、高い運送会社を使う事はありませんでした。受注のミニマムに達成できない事と生産ができないので、彼に追加受注をお願いしました。他社では、弊社より安い価格で購入して荷物が既に到着しています。荷物がわかるように外箱のシールを一部を残してもらうように依頼していましたが、全て剥がされています。問題点があったのに、クレームを言わず、状況に応じて対応してくれました。
