2 of the 10 units had broken brakes and were unusable.
If you don't have them in stock, please issue a refund.
In case of returning them, as it's expensive, would not be ideal to check a photo of a broken item so that it would have to be returned?

Of the 10 units I ordered, two of them had damaged brakes and are unusable.
If you do not have any in stock, please refund my money.
In order to return these items shipping charges will be quite high, so if possible would it be okay for me to send in a photo verifying their condition in lieu of returning them?

If you would rather have them returned, then because they were defective I expect you to pay the return shipping charges.
