Hello. Thank you for a smooth transaction the other day. I received the item today. However, I am afraid that you sent me a wrong item. I bought an item A in silver but what I received is item B in black. The color is definitely your error, but are A and B the same items? If not, you sent me a totally different item in a totally different color. I ask you to provide a reasonable answer and specific actions you will take to address this situation. If possible, I want to avoid using paypal to receive a refund.
