しかし商品発送時は重さを量ります。
JAPANPOSTも重さを量って送料を決めます。
関税も申告重量を確認していると思います。
発送時の控えもこちらで保管しています
発送時の重さは約34ｇ～35ｇ　発送に使用している封筒の重さは約8ｇです。
間違いなく商品を入れて発送している証拠になると思います。
しかも追跡情報を見ると1ヶ月以上前に配達されています。

この状況で詐欺とフィードバックを受けるのは理不尽です。

The buyer is claiming that the product arrived was empty.

However, the product was weighted at the time of shipping.
JAPAN POST decides the shipping fee based on the weight as well.
I am pretty sure that the custom is also checking the declared product's weight.
I have the receipt of the shipping information too.
The weight of the product at the time of shipping was about 34g ~ 35g and the envelope which was used for shipping was about 8g.
This will be a evidence that the product was in the packaging.
On top of that, the product was delivered over a month ago based on the tracking.

It is unfair to receive a review that is saying this is a scam under this circumstance.

It is not necessary to make another sample so you can go ahead and work on the actual order, however, is it possible for you to send me a picture of the box with logo engraved before producing a large amount of it?
