The item arrived today, but unfortunately it was a used item.
In your description is was listed NEW but the actual item was all scratched up on the bottom and anyone who see it can tell that it was used.
The picture of the listed item did not have any scratches on the bottom.
I purchased this for a gift to my friend and I am very disappointed.
I have to buy a new one to replace this, so I need $150 refunded.
This is because to get exchanged at an auction, this is the price to get this sold.

One of the biggest problems I have seen consistently during the reviews that I have participated in over the last ten years is that many photographers do not know how to talk or write cogently about their work. (The other is the lack of a clear vision or, as I like to say, “pretty pictures with no punch.” More on that another time.)
