ご指摘の通り郵便局の記録は2/3を最後に途絶えており、行方が分からない状況です。
通常日本から送った荷物は1週間程度、遅くとも2週間で米国へ届きます。
私はこれまで多数の商品を米国へ送ってきましたが、この様な事態は初めてです。この商品に関して何らかのトラブルがなかったか郵便局へ問い合わせます。

As you pointed out, the record at post office is stopped after February 3rd, and location is unknown.
Usually, parcel sent from Japan arrives in around a week, 2 weeks at latest to US.
In the past I have sent many items to US, but this is the first time I encounter such situation. I will ask the post office whether there was any problem with this item.
I will let you know as soon as I find out the result. To prepare shipment of replacement, please let me know the address just in case. As in the photo, this item has outstanding damage, dent and stain on outer box. Please be aware of this before bidding.

I understood you spent $30. You informed me that previously. However, for this transaction there was no problem with the item, it was troubled caused during transportation. If you process damage report to submit to the post office and let me know when the process is complete, it will be covered. There is stain on outer package, but inside is clean.

送られてきたPCの返品理由。

１）「新品」と表示されてあったが、開封され再梱包されている。

２）底部分に擦り切れた跡がある。

３）ディスプレイに大量のホコリが付着されている。

４）インテルi7のシールが貼り直されている。

５）Windows 10　のOSが付随していない。

1) It was indicated as "brand new", but it's opened and repacked.

2) There is worn out trace at the bottom.

3) Display has a lot of dust.

4) Intel i7 sticker is relabeled.

Hello. You had to use pliers to eject the card at initial stage, so there could be a failure at the time of inserting the card. You said you never got reply, but only 2 hours has passed since you first contacted. I also have work to do, so it can take about half a day to reply.
