赤の矢印(向かって左)が前回納品分。青の矢印(向かって右)が今回の納品分です。
比べますと、座面の直径、厚み共に異なっております。

The size of the product is obviously different from the previous one.
The product pointed by the red pointer (the left one in the picture) is the previous one. And the one pointed by the blue pointer (the right one in the picture) is the product this time.
As compared these two, the diameter of the bottom surface and the thickness are both different.
And so, the size of the wheel part has been changed. *see the picture below (the previous product)
The size of the previous one was 33cm, but the one this time was 35.7cm
From the next time on, please make the product the same size on every aspect with the previous one.

ターン技術

As the nature of Canoe, if one person row, that change the direction of the canoe. But, it is hard to row by one person. If both of them row on one side, you may think canoe can turn, but it make the canoe tilt by the deviation of the gravity, and it may turn over by a wave broadside. In order to change the direction, one of the two rowing forward, row backward toward the direction them may turn to. In this way, the canoe can change the direction smoothly.

当初パッケージの破れは1ケースだけでしたが、帰国後に調査した結果187pacもの破れが発覚、全て返品となっています。
カートンボックスの破損だけなら価格を下げて安く引き取ってもらえる予定でしたが、パッケージの破れがある商品は引き取れないと拒否されてしまい、契約は白紙となり32,000 USDもの損失がでています。

これ以上の損失を避けたいので、支払いは商品到着後に私達とお客様とで保税倉庫にて商品を確認した後にして下さい

At first, there was only one package ripped, but we found 187 packs ripped after we went back and checked, so everything was returned then.
If the damage was just on the carton box, they could have been able to buy them with discount, but they rejected the items with package ripped. So, the deal was revoked and that caused us 32,000 USD loss.

カートンボックスの破損だけなら対応出来たのですが、パッケージの破損でクレームが出ているので、現在お客様への対応に困惑しています。袋の破れは商品として出荷ができません。

カートンボックスの破損だけなら定価より安く販売して損失を最小限にできると考えていましたが、袋の破損が多数あると安価での販売も断られました。

It could have been OK if the damage was just on the carton box. But, the claim was about the package itself. We are having hard time dealing with our client about the issue. We cannot ship out the items with the ripped package.
There's an urgent need of replacement of the items. But we are afraid of defraying the expense and losing the customers' trust if we had more than 400ctns returned again.

We thought we could still sell those items with discount price if the damage was just on the carton box. But, they did not accept the sale of the items even with the discount because of the damage on the packages.
What do you think about it?

お客さんは、この旅行会社は使用したくありません。なぜなら、飛行機のアレンジにすごい時間かかかるからです。他の案件ですが、商品が既に倉庫にあるのに、出荷されるのに2週間ぐらい経過しています。
