I have contacted you on 3 July whereby when the items were delivered, the right shoes of size US9 was missing.
With regards to that, I have accidentally mailed saying that I have received the item.
(It is the forwarding service company that made the delivery. Due to the communication error, they sent out the wrong mail.)

1. The current password has to be entered in encrypted charactors.
2. The newly set password does not become encrypted.
