商品を落札し、出品者に商品代と日本までの送料を加算した総額のインボイスを送ってもらいました。
ところがそのインボイスにペイパルで支払おうとしたら、ebayからペイパルの画面に変わった時に商品代金しか表示されません。住所がアメリカになっているのが原因らしいので、すぐに登録していた転送業者の住所を削除しました。
そして再度出品者に総額のインボイスを送ってほしいと依頼しましたが、出品者側では日本の住所に変更できていなくて、日本の送料を設定したインボイスを送れないようです。

I have won an item and the seller sent me an invoice with the total amount, which includes item price and shipping fee to Japan.
However, when I tried to make a payment for the invoice through Paypal, only the item price is reflected on the page which is transferred from eBay to Paypal. The cause of this problem seemed the address, which is listed as in US address, so I immediately deleted the registered US address, which is my forwarding agent’s.
Then, I requested the seller to reissue the invoice with the total amount. However, the seller is unable to send the invoice, including the shipping charge to Japan because the address has not been changed to the one in Japan on the seller side.

日本の法律の関係で、個人的な送金が去年から禁止されているようです。

Due to the legal regulations in Japan, it appears that personal transaction has been prohibited since last year.
According to money transfer page on the Paypal, the categories that allows money transfers are only the following; 1. Goods, 2. eBay Items, and 3. Services.
In addition to that, I found these messages after I reviewed it. ~~

The fee is different between personal money transfer and commercial money transfer. Could you please recalculate the total amount, so that you will have $X on you hand at the end. This unit was purchased from the original owner. When I received it, the amp section performed flawlessly, but one channel was out on the preamp. I had it serviced, and it turned out to be an issue with a dirty control...my tech cleaned and lubed all switches, changed a couple of intermittent bulbs and checked basic operation.
