商品を落札し、出品者に商品代と日本までの送料を加算した総額のインボイスを送ってもらいました。
ところがそのインボイスにペイパルで支払おうとしたら、ebayからペイパルの画面に変わった時に商品代金しか表示されません。住所がアメリカになっているのが原因らしいので、すぐに登録していた転送業者の住所を削除しました。
そして再度出品者に総額のインボイスを送ってほしいと依頼しましたが、出品者側では日本の住所に変更できていなくて、日本の送料を設定したインボイスを送れないようです。

I have won an item and the seller sent me an invoice with the total amount, which includes item price and shipping fee to Japan.
However, when I tried to make a payment for the invoice through Paypal, only the item price is reflected on the page which is transferred from eBay to Paypal. The cause of this problem seemed the address, which is listed as in US address, so I immediately deleted the registered US address, which is my forwarding agent’s.
Then, I requested the seller to reissue the invoice with the total amount. However, the seller is unable to send the invoice, including the shipping charge to Japan because the address has not been changed to the one in Japan on the seller side.

I had bought an item at eBay auction and received invoice from the seller, which included value of the item and shipping fee to Japan.
I tried to pay the invoice but when I was moved to Paypal from eBay, the Paypal window only showed value of the item. I was told that this was because my registered address was in US. I deleted the registered address, which was address of the forwarding service company.
I asked the seller to re-issue the invoice with the total cost but I was told that my Japanese address was not registered hence s/he could not re-issue invoice that contains shipping fee to Japan.
