The guitar we needed to send to you was send to another person due to a mistake made by our company. We are very sorry, but it will take more time to ship the guitar to you.

Please let us explain that this wasn't the mistake of Mr. ○, but our mistake.
Mr. ○ is one of the top sellers in Japan.
From your point of view it might seem that it was Mr. ○'s fault, but we hope, that you'll understand, that it was completely our fault.

The guitar, that should be delivered to you still hasn't been returned to us.

There's a possibility that it might take about 2 weeks for the guitar to be delivered.

I attached a foto, that show the beautiful soft hair of a baby as I images it. There are spots where the hair is thin and there are spots where the hair is thick. The hair around the forehead down to the ears should be natural and not in one straight line. I believe that you are able to creat such wonderful baby hair with your hair setting technic.
