Earlier this year WeChat launched an advertising system based on GDT, the self-service social advertising system used by Tencent’s other social properties including Q-zone. The ads delivered by GDT direct users to advertisers’ websites. Shortly after the launch of the GDT one, we heard that WeChat began rebuilding the system.

WeChat has been building this and that to have users do as much as possible without leaving it. A lot of APIs have been launched to enable public accounts to build features for their accounts so that they can provide services or sell goods directly through WeChat.

I thought it relates to the attached tax rules issued by the Commission of Taxation of Revenue Department since 20 years ago in relation to when the employer provided share to the employee with free of charge or gave the right to the employee to purchase share at the price lower than market will be assessable income of employee when the ownership of such shares have been transferred to the employee already. This is bas on rule of cash basic for personal income tax i.e. received money or goods or services according to Section 41 of Thai Revenue Code.

To compare with B, in case of Exchange Model, our views are similar to the above rule that the employee will subject to income tax when he/she received good or service already. So the point does not treats as the cash but just give the right to the employee to exchange the good or services later.

But in case of Advance Received Model, we viewed that the point treats as the cash ( likely gift voucher or gift cheque ) since the customer has to pay cash to B to purchase the point. Therefore, when the point was gave to the employee means the employee received the thing to use as the cash to purchase goods or services which can say that the ownership of cash i.e. the point has been transferred to the employee

Let me brief you the background of this Rule as following.

1. At that time when the employer gave the employee the right to purchase company shared at price lower than market ( stock option). So whether or not such right will be subject to income tax for such employee?
2. The RD advised via the attachment that the right is not assessable income of employee until he/she already used the right to purchase shares that means when the ownership of share has been transferred to such employee already.

Q: So… how do I clean my Canadiano after I make my cup of coffee?
A: You can compost the used coffee grinds and rinse your Canadiano with warm water. You don’t really need to use dish-soap to clean your Canadiano, a simple rinse with warm water will make sure the bowl is clean. Use dish-soap if you think it is necessary. Seasoning Steps:
1- Wash your Canadiano with soap and warm water.
2-Rinse it.
3- leave it to air-dry before first use.
4- Season the bowl with a strong coffee using 3-4 table spoons of coffee.
5- Place your Canadiano on-top of a large cup.
6-Pour some boiled water onto the coffee.
7- Let it steep, stir regularly, drip and fill the cup. Then rinse thoroughly.
8- Don’t drink the first coffee, it may have sawdust, natural oils or ship dust.
6- Now you are ready to brew your first cup of Canadiano!

Canadianをコーヒーを入れるのになじませる方法
１．Canadianを、潜在入りのぬるま湯で洗ってください。
２．水ですすいでください。
３．最初に使う前に自然乾燥させてください。

if i have to sign for every package that comes to me personally or business, then that will be my job just and sit here to sign for my own packages, i don't know why my shipping department cannot sign for it. therefore, i am not sure what you indicated on the form for receiving packages. then, i also never got a notice that the postal service attempt to deliver it. i have located the package last week, i do not have time to go to pick it up. this is so waste of time. because it was for a party early last week, but still want to have it. i just hope they will finally resend to me after i literally yelled at the postal service.

本当の宛先人のサインだけが必要なのでしょうか。
