I completed the payment for the merchandise that I successfully bid on. I was considering placing an additional order with you, but do you have the item in stock?

Thank you for your concern. We live in an area quite far from the epicenter of the quake and the nuclear power plant so we have no problems right now. I am living happily with my family.

10点のサンプルが入荷しましたけど、その内2点のサンプルしか生産発注ができないのは、大問題です。また、入荷も当初予定していたより遅かった。サンプルは販売することもできないので全て返品させて頂きます。
そして、間違って入荷した商品をなぜ、ディスカウントで商品を引きとる義務があるのですか。最後に、添付ファイルの柄のオリジナルボタンの作成を作成することは可能でしょうか。

I received 10 samples, but the fact that only 2 of them are in production is a big problem. The samples also arrived later than initially scheduled. Since I cannot sell any of the samples I am returning them all.
Why am I responsible for taking the products in at a discount when the products arrived by mistake? Finally, is it possible to produce an original button using the pattern found in the attached file?

・１つは、持ち手部分の根元が簡単に外れてしまいました。

先日、私は、職場の同僚に、私に代わって、問合せの電話をかけてもらいました。
スタッフの Kuehlewind さんが、親切に対応してくださったと聞いています。

商品交換か、払い戻しか、決める前に、確認したい事があります。

I purchased 2 products, however:

• One of them was not delivered in the manufacturer's box and had a scratch on it.
• The handle on one of the products came off from the base quite easily.

The other day I had a coworker call on my behalf, and they were treated kindly by one of your staff named Kuehlewind.

Prior to deciding whether to trade in for another product or receive a refund, I would like to confirm the following:

・持ち手が壊れている商品ですが、持ち手が格納できません。出っ張ったままです。この状態でお送りするのが、かなり、難しいと思われます。発送について、相談したいです。
・この商品についての、交換、返品の手続きが可能な期間（期日）があると思いますが、まだ、余裕がありますでしょうか？

1. When exchanging or returning for a refund, what do we do about the shipping charges and the duty/customs taxes?
2. What is the best type of shipping arrangement when sending back the merchandise from here?
3. There is no way to store the broken handle, since it sticks out from the product. It will be very difficult to ship it as is, so I need to consult with you as to the best way to go about it.
4. I believe that there is a return by date for these products. Is there still a sufficient amount of time left to process either an exchange or return?

仮に商品の交換をした場合にお願いしたいのは、
メーカーの箱に商品が入っていて、
その上から、さらに別の箱で梱包された状態。
商品、メーカーの箱に傷がつかないように保護して梱包された状態です。

この点を踏まえて、交換の品を送っていただけるのであれば、交換とします。
この先も、商品、パッケージの、品質を保って、日本に送っていただけるのであれば、今後も、御社より、商品を購入します。

私の求める品質に応えるのが難しいようでしたら、払い戻しとします。

If I were to exchange the product, I will need it to be in the original manufacturer's box and have that packed within another box. Please make sure that both the product and the manufacturer's box are not damaged.

If you can send a replacement item to exchange under the above conditions, I would like to make an exchange. I will continue to purchase merchandise from your company as long as the quality of the products and packaging are maintained in your shipments to Japan.

If it appears to be difficult to provide the quality I am seeking, then I would like to request a refund.

I have been taking underwater photographs for over 20 years while working as a diving instructor. It is my wish to bring the wonderful world of underwater photography to as many people as possible.

今回申請した日本酒手帳アプリと（以前申請した）焼肉手帳アプリとは別々に販売するべきだと考えます。確かに日本酒手帳アプリと焼肉手帳アプリの機能はほぼ同じですが、中身の情報は全く違うからです。また日本酒手帳アプリは日本で販売している本を題材としていますので（焼肉手帳と）著者も異なります。どうかご再考願えませんでしょうか。

We believe that the recently requested Japanese Sake Notebook application and the previously submitted Yakiniku Notebook application should be sold separately. While the functionality of each application are nearly the same, the content of each are completely different. The Japan Sake Notebook application is based on a book sold in Japan and the developer of the applications are not the same people. Please reconsider the decision not to sell them separately.
