That is extremely worrisome. I am afraid it is not possible to negotiate with the manufacturer without a guarantee certificate. We never ship merchandise without a guarantee certificate; there is nothing to be done if it is missing.
Also, the manufacturer warns about charging outdoors in the instruction manual. It seems the surface temperature must have exceeded 60 degrees C in the hot sun.
What I can suggest in these circumstances is this: while I cannot guarantee a repair or an exchange, I can try to negotiate with the manufacturer if you send the item to Japan. Please consider this option.

9月、10月は学校に通うため、パートタイムでの仕事を希望しています。
9月は月曜日から金曜日まで、12:50まで語学学校で授業を受けています。9/9から2カ月間月曜日と水曜日18:00から21:00まで〜collegeでFlight Attendant コースを受けます。
