but we're planning to order 4000-6000 pcs for S size, and 3000-4000 pcs for L size.
We already confirmed the graphic version.
There are no problem in size with it.
We just transferred the sample fee to you today, please kindly confirm your receipt.
Once you're ready for shipping the sample, we'll arrange the shipping agent by ourselves, so please let us know.

As he(she) didn't contact the agent for re-delivery, the storage period has expired and the goods were shipped back to Japan.
There was a returning request, and as we asked the buyer, he(she) asked us to resend them, so we shipped them back right away.
We already sent the tracking number to the buyer.
After that, we requested to withdraw our returning request, but we haven't got any response.
