The white strip around the body on some basses is the binding. The Fender Japan photos show the same strip around the fretboard on the neck, as has my US 70s reissue Jazz.

The Census is a community-based effort initiated and coordinated by the Open Knowledge Foundation but with participation from many different groups or individuals. The Census was launched in April 2012 to coincide with the OGP meeting in Brasilia.

Structure
The Open Data Census intentionally focuses on a small number of key datasets. These datasets have been chosen for their breadth and relevance and were discussion after consultation within the open government data community.

The Census currently operates on two levels:
Country level
City level
Currently there are 10 datasets in the country Census and 15 in the City Census but the number and members are subject to revision and extension over time.

About the Open Data Census

The Open Data Census has been developed to assist in answering these questions. It collects and presents information on the evolution and current state of open data around the world. An Open Data Index based on the census results is currently under development and will be launched in 2013.

6) Set the alarm time as indicated in Setting Alarm Time.
6.1 Set the Alarm ON/OFF Switch (1) to ON. Alarm indicator will appear in the top
center of the display (8) indicating the alarm function is on. The alarm is now set to turn on automatically at the selected time.

6.2 You can select the alarm mode for waking, i.e. buzzer, vibrator, or buzzer and vibrator by setting the Alarm Mode Switch (6) to your desired position.
6.3 With the alarm sounding, press the ALARM OFF (3) to turn off the alarm. The alarm comes on again the next day at the same time.

Singapore, India-based microlending platform Milaap raises USD 1.1M from investors

Milaap, a Singapore-headquartered and India-based microfunding platform, announced today that it has raised a USD 1.1M venture round led by Jungle Ventures, a Singapore-based early stage fund, with backing from the government’s Technology Incubation Scheme.

Other investors in this round include Skype co-founder Toivo Annus, Singapore-based family investment office Lionrock Capital, Sony Entertainment Television co-founder and Jungle Ventures managing director Jayesh Parekh, and existing investor Unitus Seed Fund, which specializes in funding bottom-of-pyramid startups.
