10月24日に商品が到着しました。しかし、商品は破損していました。
文字盤が割れており、使用することが困難です。なので、私達は商品代金の返金を依頼します。

I am yyyy who has purchased xxxx on September 19th.
It arrived on October 24th. However this was broken.
The dial part was cracked and I don't think i can use this so that I'd like to have a refund for this.

駄目です。0.1Lotで注文されません。
指示の通りにセッティングしてバックテストを試みましたが全部0.01Lotで注文されてしまいます。
Safe_lot_Calculation　と　LotsPercentの設定はデフォルトのままで良いのですか？
現在の設定は下記の通りです。

No, I can not order as 0.1 Lot.
I made setting in order and I tried back-test but still every orders become 0.01 Lot.
Do I leave Safe_lot_Calculation and Lots Percent settings as default?

The store I purchase from receives new inventory everyone Monday.

I would be open to establishing a relationship directly after the first couple transactions.
This would reduce my fees to eBay.

Right now I have only shipped via global shipping program at eBay but if I have a partner I would be open to direct shipping.

Have you heard someone who had this problem before ?
It is rare to see error like this so that I do not think the setting for database is wrong. ( I can feel that it is error for ABS setting)

(I am little worried if I can customize or not)
