Dear yamahaya88102012,

I never received a response to the two messages I sent after the auction ended. I was completely ignored, and that was rude. Then when I received the item, it was not packed as it shows in the description in your auction. The item was simply wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a padded envelope. There was no shipping box to protect it from being sent overseas. The auction also states it is a "new" item. It was NOT new. it was in a worn box, that was open on both ends. That is NOT "new". I still want this item, even if it is not what I was expecting, but the fact of the matter is that as a seller, you did not follow through with what was shown and stated in your auction,

Do you think you can sell me the Kamio Banao bolster? It's suppose to be "peel-able" (you can unzip the skin), it should be big and long (like in the picture with the baby).

And another Kamio Banao pencil case. In the picture.
Also, if possible, the pencil case and bolster should have the Kamio Banao usual expression. I wish to not have anything extra (sunglasses, kiss mark on cheek, holding onto something {in the picture with the baby}, etc). But only if it's possible.

If any of the products listed is purchasable, please do inform me. I am very grateful for your help.

もしこちらも販売可能であれば、ペンケースもボルスターも（赤ちゃんと一緒に写真に写っている、サングラスをかけたり、頬にキスマークがついていたり、何か持っていたりといったような）余計なものがついていない、極一般的なタイプを販売したいと思ったいます。あくまでも、可能であればの話ですが。

I am a Lithuanian girl. In 2002 I graduated from the local Art Academy and became a professional Interior Designer. During all those year of working as an interior designer/decorator I understood that I wanted not only to decorate clients’ houses, but I also wanted to create some art. In fact painting is my pashion, And I paint a lot. I love to paint abstract paintings, because I believe this is the best way to express your feelings.
In My works I love to see how colors work together. I like bright colors and usually add black and white to make them more contrasting.
