商品は届きましたが、期待していたものとは違いました。
届いた商品は詳細ページに書かれているものとは異なりました。
「日本製の自動ムーブメント」と記載されておりましたが、実際は日本製ではなく記載されていないマレーシア製でした。
商品には2年の保証がつくともありましたが、この保証は日本国内のみで有効なものでした。
カスタマーは自分の購入した商品を持っていたいようですが、もしダメならカスタマーに全額返金し返品方法の説明を送ってください。
本問題に関して可及的速やかにカスタマーに返信をお願いします。
