According to Ms. SE's email in the end of last month, it was going to start on Jan. 5th.
I trusted that information and arrived at Cambodia on the 5th, and yet received another notification saying it has been postponed and I cannot hide my anger.

For three months Ms. SE made me go back and forth, expenses piling up and I get any work done.

Please put this in action by the end of next week.
Also I demand that you give me a firm answer by tomorrow.

But it is stopped at the customs in China.
I heard that inspection at the customs is stricter as import by individual from Japan has been increasing.
As a recent example, the customs contacts you.
In that case, they will charge you to pay duties and consumption tax.
We hope that you handle it as soon as possible.
If you would like to cancel receipt of the item immediately, the item will be returned to us if you contact the customs. After that, we will issue you a refund.

Since I had time before the dinner, I visited observation room on the 38th floor of JR tower which is connected to Sapporo station.
I was fascinated by the view that was like thousands of jewelry scattered around myself in the dim but high-grade room.

In this case, it is you mistake when you order our product, Please confirm items as below ;
Did you open the box when it arrived or not?
If you opened the box already, you will refund only 60% of purchased price.
If you used the machine already, it will be second hand grade and you will refund only 35%.
If the box is not opened ( the appearance is not damaged), you will receive full refund.
But we will not return the transportation fee (65USD) from Japan to you.
