If you used a debit card, as opposed to a credit card, the authorisation should not be held for longer than 24 hours. Please note that once the authorisation is released, it may not appear as a refund on your statement, however the funds should be available in your balance.

Because the performance will take place in a house, the audience for each showing is limited to 10 people. Please be advised that the audience will move throughout the house during the performance, and as such, you may not be able to sit down. Also, a warning for those with allergies: there are three small dogs in the house. Because of the limited number of audience members per show, we require ticket purchases to be made in advance. Management is always willing to consider discounts for our customers. The discount that management may offer would be determined by the shipping volume and frequency.
