Please let me ask a question.
There is 21 days lock applied on my sales.
I did pay ebay handling fees frequently when there is sales.

Now, here is the question.
I confirmed with Japan ebay that 3 days after the buyer received items, if I contact ebay, I can cancel the hold on the fund, this is what I heard from them.
So, 3 days after the buyer received, I just need to send my buyer ID and item number, and ebay will help me cancel that?

I hope that the sales will go smoothly and can be done sooner than I thought, so I would to cancel the hold earlier.
And then, can ebay help me to unlock the 21 days lock as soon as possible, please?
I would be happy if ebay able to help me.

We will deduct 1% from the 3 dollar payment as a handling charge and refund the rest.
And refund another 3 dollar after deducting the 1 dollar delivery cost that actually incurred.

Item that opened already
We will deduct 5% from the 3 dollar payment as a handling charge and refund the rest.

Please send the item to the warehouse in America, they will send it back to Japan after that, and we will make the refund. This process takes about 2-4 weeks.

It take a while for me to reply because when I final check the order made before it has been despatched, I had a problem during adjusting the neck, the truss rod has been broken.
Our store get the stock from USED, it seems to be they will try to fix the item once be broken and during the adjustment this time, they accidentally break the product.
We are truly sorry, we are unable to sell this guitar this time. Sorry for the inconvenience made, we appreciate your understanding about the situation.

It took a while for me to reply because when I finally checked the order before dispatch, I had a problem while adjusting the neck and the truss rod got broken.
Our store got it as USED, and it seems that they tried to fix the broken item temporarily. During my adjustment this time, it got broken.
