ご注文の荷物はカートンを含めて、合計がすでに66キュービックメーターとなるからです。
もしサンプルをコンテナーに入れると、67キュービックメーター近くなり、コンテナー一つあたりに最大40キュービックメーターという限度に近くなってしまいます。
とにかくスペースがあれば、それらを積むようにします。

Hello again. There might be a problem with this, as the shipping address needs to be the same - Paypal is saying not to send to the Japanese address. Also you say you were living in America, but the shipping address is a UK address. Becuase of this, the postage has been worked out at £3.50, when it would actually be around £27 to send it to Japan. The best thing is if I refund your payment, then you change your Paypal address, and let me know when you've done that, and I'll relist the item at £82 with your name and the item number. Hope this is OK.

You should be able to follow the package to the Global Shipping center with the USPS tracking number and then afterwards follow it to your address with the global tracking number. I hope this is helpful.

I noted that you wanted us to request the C79 documents from July to November 2018 and this should be fine now that your previous agent stated that they never received them. It confirms that the import VAT for this period was not reclaimed. If so there should not be any refund cheques either for this period. If you expect a refund cheque in regards to a prior return I will need you to confirm the quarter and we could open a separate query.



We could also request the C79 for April 2018 and February to April 2017, however, if you decided to reclaim the VAT from these older documents now we would need proof that the import VAT was not already reclaimed in the corresponding UK VAT returns.
