As each one is hand made, they are different in size. Natural woods differ individually in their color or grain pattern and some will have knots. Your understanding for the charm of unique expression for each wood craft is very appreciated. Also, depending on the used environment, wood cracks or flipping over may appear. Storing the wood craft in a room to avoid direct sun ray with standing position or by hunging will prevent flipping over.

青森ヒバ（写真左）、ひのき（写真中央）、杉（写真右）、ほか全7種類の木にカビの胞子を塗布し、温室で10日間培養した実験です。
青森ヒバ以外の木、全てにカビが発生。青森ヒバは表面だけでなく周囲のカビも撤退する結果に。驚異的な抗菌力を見せ付けました。

This is an experience where mold spore was coated to 7 kind of woods namely Oamori Hiba (left photo), Japanese cypress (middle photo), Japanese cedar (right photo) and others and then cultivated for 10 days under room temperature.
All the wood except Aomori Hiba had mold grown. Aomori Hiba not only prevented to have the mold on its surface but also the mold on the neighboring woods to Hiba. It showed amazingly strong anti-fungal effect.

We are proud that we can serve you with the hand made crafts using the precous wood Aomori Hiba that aged from 100 to 200 years having the incomparable mold preventing effect, anti-fungal effect, and anti-insect effect. It was amazing to find out that inside of Aomori Hiba that was digged out from the land was in good condition to be used despite the fact that it was was buried as a railway sleeper 7 years ago.

People tends to think that hinokitiolit is foud in hinoki or Japanese cypress because of its name. Actually, it is hardly found in the Japanese cypress. So it is quite understandable that kitchen cutting boards or Japanese both tabs that are made of Japanese cypres sometimes have the odor of the mold. Aomori Hiba having rich hinokitiol that has anti-fungal, anti-mold, anti-insect effect should be the adequate material to be used not only for construction materal but also for material to be used in wet rooms.

Unlike Japanese cypress or Japanese cedar, Aomori Hiba grows very slowly enduring snows and cold winds. It will take about 100 to 300 years to be able to use as a board depending on the size. Aomori Hiba that our company is using has been growing since Ero or Meiji Era which is very precious. We are putting priority to use up all the Aomori Hiba also. Aomori Hiba contains a hinokitiol (*1) that is a natural ingredient which has strong anti-insect, and anti-fungal effect. It has also exceptionally strong anti-mold effect.

If the numbers all add up — and it certainly appears that they do based on reports to date (this deal/story has been an ongoing development for some time now) — it would leave Alibaba and Ant Financial each with about a 20 percent stake in Paytm, meaning China’s largest ecommerce and mobile payments player now essentially owns 40 percent of India’s largest ecommerce and mobile payments player. That’s some serious firepower on the global stage, with India and China being the two hottest markets for growth for the foreseeable future.

India’s largest smartphone maker, Micromax, reportedly mulling U.S. entry in 2016

Tech news out of India is coming hot and fast today — we’re now hearing that the country’s largest homegrown smartphone maker, Micromax, could be eyeing a U.S. market entry next year. Micromax overtook Samsung to become the top player in India’s mobile space sometime around January, and with India due to become the world’s second-largest smartphone market by 2017, that makes it one of the big players to watch out for globally.

インド最大手スマホ・メーカーMicromax、2016年度米国進出を検討中とのこと

インド発のハイテック・ニュースはこの所、ホットで敏速だ。インド国内市場で育った同国最大手のスマホ・メーカーMicromaxは、アメリカ市場進出を来年に行う狙いがあるとの情報を我々は聞いた。Micromaxは今年1月頃にサムスンを抜いて、インドのモバイル市場のトップ・プレーヤーとなった。インドは2017年まで世界で二番目に大きいスマホ市場になると目され、Micromaxはグローバル市場でも目が離せないビッグ・プレーヤーの一社である。

That said, being the established leader in a huge market like India or China hasn’t historically guaranteed any amount of success with U.S. smartphone consumers — one just needs to look at case studies from the likes of Huawei, ZTE, Lenovo, or Xiaomi (which still hasn’t entered the U.S. phone market for fear of being sued up the river) to see the struggle. I don’t expect Micromax will fare any differently, if it decides to try entering the U.S. As far as most consumers in the States are concerned, Micromax is still a foreign brand that they have never heard of. Why buy it over Samsung or Apple, even at a reduced price point?

とは言っても、インドや中国のような巨大市場でリーダーの地位を確立しても、それがアメリカのスマホ利用者に対する成功を保障するとは歴史的に言えない。どれだけの苦労が必要かを、類例であるHuawei, ZTE, Lenovo,あるいはXiaomi（進出過程で訴訟される恐れから、依然米国スマホ市場には進出していないが）のケース・スタディーから見る必要がある。Micromaxが米国参入を決めても、これらの類例から異なるとの期待は無い。多くの米国消費者からすれべ、Micromaxは外国のブランドであり無名だ。たとえ値ごろ感があっても、Samsung、 AppleではなくMicromaxを買うというこは考えにくい。

Those numbers are impressive — we just learned that Panasonic, which is also heavily focused on India, hopes to pull in $2 billion by 2018 from its phone business as part of its planned return to the global smartphone race. Micromax, meanwhile, expects to hit $2.25 billion for the fiscal year ending March 2016. Earlier this month, it said it plans to put out up to 48 new smartphones per year priced up to $150. It’s certainly making an aggressive play and doesn’t look like it will back down any time soon. I’d expect to hear more from this one soon.

これらの数字は大変印象深い。インドに高い比重を同様に置いているPanasonicは、スマホのグローバル競争に復帰して、2018年には20億ドルの売上を引き出す予定と聞いた。一方Micromaxは、2016年3月度締め会計年度の売上が25億5千万ドルに達する見込みだ。またMicromaxは今月初旬、150ドル程度に価格設定した新型スマホ製品を最大48種程、毎年生産する予定と発表している。これは非常に攻撃的な動きと言え、この積極性は当面後退しない様に見える。この点に関しは、もう少し話を報告出来る見込みだ。

“自分らしく生きる”ことをテーマに、15周年イヤーを迎えた彼女がこれまで歩んできた生き様をかけて挑んだ渾身のエンターテインメントライブショー『Koda Kumi 15th Anniversary Live Tour 2015 ～WALK OF MY LIFE～』。
本作では、全国8ヶ所12公演で行われたアリーナツアーのファイナル、6月28日に行われたさいたまスーパーアリーナの模様を収録。

With the theme "live like yourself" and devoting her 15 years, an entermainment live show "Koda Kumi 15th Anniversary Live Tour 2015: WALK OF MY LIFE" was performed.
It features the stage in Saiitama Super Arena that was held as the final stage of her 12 states tour in 8 major cities in Japan nation wide.

オープニングでは、高さ8.5mの空中より宙づりになったベンツに乗って登場するという度胆を抜く演出に、観客からは割れんばかりの歓声と拍手で迎えられ、「WALK OF MY LIFE」ではグランドピアノでの弾き語りを初披露。
圧巻は、壮大なバラード曲「Dance In The Rain」で繰り広げた命綱なしのアクロバティックな空中パフォーマンス！雨にうたれながら、美しいパフォーマンスを披露する彼女にただただ会場は息を呑んだ。

On opening, she appeard on stage riding a Mercedes suspended from the sky. This astonishing stage effects made the audience huge and enthusiastic cheers and applause. She also sang "Walk of My Life" playing a grand piano alone.
The climax was the acrobatic performance in the sky without any safey rope for the extravagant ballad "Dance in The Rain." In midst of raining, she showed such a beutiful performance that it was breathtaking for all the audience there.
