一昨日、「WRAP」を購入した客からクレームが来た。「リモコンが作動しない」というクレームです。商品が手元にあり、作動チェックしたが、2個のリモコンともに作動しない。。請求書番号PO#010416の製品です。これで2週連続してクレームが来た。20分の１の確率、5%の確率で不良品が発生する。中国製なら許されるが、米国製では許されない数字です。日本では不良品を忌み嫌います。私の店の信頼はがた落ちです。もっとあなた方は生産管理を努力すべきです。これ以上の不良品は勘弁してほしい。

Two days ago, I received a complains from a buyer of "Wrap." The complains was that remote controllers did not work. I have two of them with me now and they really do not work when I checked if they would be activated. They are items with PO#010416. I have receive the same complains during this two consecutive weeks. We have the defected products one in twenty that is with 5% of probability. If they were made in China it would be permissive but they are made in USA and this odd could not be let go. Japanese hate defected products. The credibility of my shop is going down significantly. You must do much better job on quality assurance. We will not take this kind of defect any more.

SDE3000とSDE3000Aでしたら、後者の方が安く手に入れられ、また機能も多いのでおすすめです。
本日仕入れにいきまして、何個か手に入れられそうなので、写真を添付します。
なるべく綺麗なものを選んでいますが、年代の古いものなので多少の傷や痛みはあります。
もちろん機能面では全く問題ありません。

If it is about either SDE3000 or SDE3000A, I recommend latter as it could be purchases with less price and also it has more functions. I will go purchasing then today and might be able to purchase saveral units so I attached its photo. I selected those looks clean but they are old machines and there are scars and wear outs. Of course it's functionality does not have any problem.

今日、私の自慢の祖母が115年の人生を終えて天へと召されました。
長い長い人生を終えたその体はとても清らかで、その顔は安らぎそのものでした。
和裁職人として100歳まで仕事を続けた祖母。些細なことも丁寧に、そしてなんでも器用にこなす人でした。
いつも穏やかで微笑みを絶やさず、どんな人にも同じように優しさを持って接する人でした。
幼い頃、彼女は私をたくさん褒めてくれました。そして美しいものをたくさん教えてくれました。
一緒にお裁縫をしたり編物をしたり、庭の花を育てたり、お料理をしたり。

Today, my grand mother who I was very proud of, passed away finishing her 115 years of her life and went to heaven.
After these long long years of her life, her seemed very pure and her face showed nothing but peacefulness.
My grand mother continued her job ass Japanese dressmaking until she is 100 years old. She handled very attentively even to those tiny things and she was skillful to cope with any difficult requests.
She was smiling softly always and gave same tenderness to everyone regardless of who they were.
When I was very young, she always praized me. Also, she tought me evey beautiful things exit in this world.
I shared the time with her for dressmaking and knitting, growing so many flowers and cooking many dishes together.

優しい祖母の隣で過ごす時間が大好きでした。

おばあちゃん、ありがとう。いつも「健康で幸せでいてね」とずっと私を大切にしてくれて本当にありがとう。
リコをたくさん抱きしめてくれてありがとう。
今日のおばあちゃんの優しい顔を見て、みんなも優しい顔になったよ。
