I deeply apologize that only 60 pieces of your requested product have been sent out.
Normally 120 pieces will be sent out by today.
Due to mistake here, only 60 pieces are packed and it would be great if you keep using those.
Very sorry for sending product incorrectly.

The product have been shipped on 27th October.
I guess you will be receiving it soon, so please feel at ease.
As now is holiday season, the delivery seems quite busy which arrival date may not be exactly as being told even the send out date is same.
Anyway, I will try my best to keep up the status until the end.
