I will be in Vietnam from the 31st of August until 3rd of September to retrieve the sample. For this, I would like to as whether we could meet after my business trip to Vietnam, around mid-September?

SEP 01: 09:00 Factory (Meeting and modifications)
SEP 02: 09:00 Factory (Compose sample)
SEP 03: 00:10 Departure Airport

There will be two personals from Japan, so please arrange for an interpreter.
I will contact you with the hotel information once it has been settled.

For September 01st, please have a car fixed to pick all personals up from the hotel.
