発注した者です。 リッケンバッカー360/12 C63が欲しかったのですが、送られて来たのは通常のリッケンバッカー360/12でした。 この2つのギターの間には、テールピースやまたその他の点、そしてヘッドストックで異なる点があります。 ギターも価格に応じて違いがあります。 12分の360は2939ドルの定価を有しており、12分の360 C63は3839ドルの定価を有しています。 私たちはドイツで3.224,00ドルと、ほぼ500ユーロを支払いましたが、この値段は、定価よりおよそ400ドルも下回っています。それは 戻ってそれを送信することは非常に高価になるので、私の父は、送られてきたギターをそのまま保有しているかもしれませんが、それは返品料があまりに高い為です。 しかし、現時点では支払い超過しており、値段も非常に高価でした。 値段を下げて貰う事はできますでしょうか？

この荷物がまだ到着していません。また存在しない追跡番号が送られてきました。これまでこうした問題が生じたことはありません。他の物を配送し直したとのことですが、もう一度言いますが、追跡番号が存在しません。今回注文した物は、孫へのイースターのプレゼントでした。

この問題をすぐに解決してください。

About the delivery to an Australian product, unfortunately, delivery means such as EMS or the airmail is not usable because this product is heavy. The delivery by ship is possible, but it takes nearly two months. Still we deliver it if you like, or could you please cancel it from your side?
