オークションは競り上がりとなっております。基本的に1万円以下は500円単位で、1万円以上は1,000円単位での競り上がりとなります。

お客様の買いたい値段で声を出していただき、その金額が一番高い方の落札となります。



符丁などの専門的な用語でのオークションですか？
当オークションは符丁の使用は禁止させていただいておりますのでご安心ください。



清算はどのように行われますか？
当日現金またはお振込みでのご精算になります。

How is the auction method?

The auction applies a bidding-up system. Basically unit of bidding-up is 500 Yen for below 10,000 Yen and 1,000 Yen for 10,000 Yen and over.

Customers let out their voice the price they want and the highest one will be awarded.


Is the auction done using technical terms like argot?
In our auction, use of argot is profibitted so please feel relief.


How is accounting done?
Accounting is done by cash or bank transfer on that day.

開催日翌日より3営業日以内にお支払(振込)させていただきます。


オークションに出席できないのですが、出品はできますか？
出席されない場合でも出品はお受けしております。商品と販売希望金額を記入した
リストを一緒にオークション当日AM着で会場までご郵送お願い致します。
オークション翌日に販売明細をFAXし、お振込みさせて頂きます。

If the customer wants to pay by bank transfer, the biden item will be shipped after confirming the bank transfer. (Bank transfer fee must be incurred by customer.)

Payment (bank transfer) will be done within 3 business days from the next day of bidding.

I will not be able to attend the bidding, but can I display items?
We accept displaying items even though the exhibitors can not attend the bidding. Please mail the items and a list of desired sales prices to the auction place, arriving till the morning of the auction day.
We will send the sales details by fax and pay by bank transfer on next day.

在庫にある商品を選択しているのに、なぜ
納期が1カ月ぐらいかかるのでしょうか。
本当は、現在在庫がなくてこれから生産するから納期が遅いのではないでしょうか。リストに記載される日付けで商品が出荷されるのでは
ないのでしょうか。現状のスケジュールだと倉庫に到着するのは、来月下旬以降になりませんか。在庫から発注したので遅くても今月中に出荷されると思っていました。あまりにも納期が予定よりも遅いので、明日 お客さんに納期を確認して、発注するかしない決めます。

In fact, the item is not probably in stock and will be made from now on, so the delivery time is late, is not it? Will it be shipped at the date described in the list, won't it? メーカからの情報だと、お客様が添付した図面の機器は旧型であり、現在は生産しておりません。この機器は今後も生産する予定はなく、対応できないとの事です。　なお、現在の機器は、1個のモータが故障しても、もう1個のモーターでの稼動が可能な仕様となっております。また、新型のモーターは壊れにくい構造となっております。ご心配とのことでしたら、モーターのスペアを1個支給致します。モータ交換は専門の技術者による交換が必要ですが、配送時間の短縮となるかと考えます。
